ustwo™ is currently looking for a keen, enthusiastic and most importantly, passionate intern to come and work at the 'studio of dreams' for 1-2 months. This is an excellent chance to see what it's like working in a vibrant, busy design studio - producing work for some of the world's most favourite brands.

We are looking for someone who has experience and skills using adobe photoshop, illustrator as well as a good knowledge of the rest of the creative suite applications. Ideally, interns will be of post / graduate level, and will be studying for a design related degree in motion, graphic, interface or digital design.

ustwo™ has just designed a new collection of characters for Poken, the new social business card devise.

Our Poken characters, called the 'East London Collection' take their inspiration directly from the personalities at ustwo™ and life in our backyard - Shoreditch. So,it all boils down to a whole lot of fluro, parties in moldy warehouses, asymmetrical haircuts, sunglasses you can't see out of and some amazing 80s inspired fashion disasters.

Simon’s Cat - Purrfect Pitch!

ustwo™ in collaboration withSimon's Cat, developed a very special iPhone app called Purrfect Pitch.

Purrfect Pitch is a creative musical app and a game. The creative mode allows you to compose your own tunes, save them, and then watch as Simon's Cat sings them back. The game mode sees you taking on the cat himself, as he tests your ability to follow his lead in a series of increasingly difficult musical challenges.

Time is money kids!

ustwo™, in collaboration with creative agency Work Club, has developed Dad’s Cab – one of the most successful Ovi Store apps this year reaching download figures of over 60,000 in only two months.

Work Club commissioned ustwo™ to create an engaging app to encourage a target audience of 30-45 year old males, to try Nokia's Ovi Map service.

After conceiving the idea for Dad's Cab, Work Club worked closely with ustwo™ on design and implementation of the app. The result is a fun, useful and stylish app, perfect for taken for granted dads! Since its launch two months ago, Dad’s Cab has become one of the most popular Ovi Store apps of the year so far.

ustwo&trade creates intuitive panels for Sony Ericsson's XPERIA&trade X2 phone

ustwo&trade has been working on a set of pre-loaded panels for the highly anticipated Sony Ericsson XPERIA™ X2 phone (due to be released in November 2009). The panels, Growing Panel and Pixel City, were both conceptualised, designed and developed by ustwo&trade on behalf of Sony Ericsson.

The Growing Panel is an ever-evolving plant that organically metamorphosizes throughout the day depending on your phone's activity. Budding flowers represent new calls, messages and emails, animals let you know you've missed a call, and a wilting plant shows your battery level.

Pixel City moves through a cityscape, its different elements linking to the functionality of your phone. Text messages appear playfully on billboards, calendar events arrive by train, a passing aeroplane shows your call history and much more.

ustwo™ gets all emotional over Sony Ericsson icons

ustwo™ has been working with the Sony Ericsson Content and Service department to create a new set of emotional icons for their multi-media messaging service.

The series of icons are based around a cute animated character created by ustwo™ illustrators. The character can help express pretty much any emotion - from anger to confusion, love, nervousness, etc. They can also act as a stand alone message to say you want to hug, wish a happy birthday, rock-out, take a photo, throw up, and much more. The icons will be available on all new Sony Ericsson handsets.

The icons are part of ustwo's ongoing collaboration with Sony Ericsson as a provider of themes and graphics.
